If for any reason your purchase is in need of repair, simply contact us. All repairs take approximately 2 weeks and may incur a fee depending on the severity of the repair. Please provide a message explaining the nature of damage. Shipping and repairing fees may apply. Johnnie Brown Stone reserves the right to refuse to repair/replace jewelry depending on the length of time from purchase.
